I’ve seen a lot of things done to support disabilities-
When I was at the university, there would be contests where one would have to button a blouse with one hand the fastest, draw a picture with their toes, try to write their name with a blind fold, etc. to try to have normal people live the challenges of others and give them an “autism support” pencil/shirt, etc if they could do it.
You could also bring in a speaker who has worked through a disability against all odds or interview people with them and put together a documentary:
